ITS Canada achieves 100% growth in 2009 and meets forcasts

(Press Release – January 27, 2010) – ITS Canada, the owner and operator of ITS Dispatch, a web based trucking and freight brokerage software designed specifically for carriers with 5 to 25 trucks and freight brokers of all sizes, has rung in the New Year with double its customer base compared to 2009.  ITS has worked hard throughout the year to surpass their goal by just 1 customer.  There are many reasons as to why ITS felt that they hit obtained their goals including many new updates to both the trucking and freight broker software versions and the addition of some key people that have really taken them to the next level.

With newcomers Jay Waples in Sales and an increased focus on training and support, ITS is again poised for huge strides in 2010.  One of the most exciting things for ITS Canada in 2010 will be the addition of a IFTA Fueltax component to the program.  There have been many requests for this and it should be released by the end of first quarter.

New Server…

ITS performed a major upgrade to their servers in order to meet the demands of both our current customer base and future growth.  The improvements in speed were immediate.  ITS continues to fine tune the application daily with the goal of creating more consistent useage volumes and eliminating spikes in demand which can contribute to slower response time.

Unlmited Picks and Drops…

After many requests from the customer base at ITS, the trucking and broker software has been updated so that users can now create loads with unlimited Picks and Drops.  Previously, there was a limit in place of 8 picks and 9 drops per load.

Batch Invoicing…

Again, after many request for ITS-Dispatch users, Batch Invoicing was added.  This will now make invoicing easier by allowing for one invoice with multiple orders to be sent at the end of every day/week/month with one invoice number attached to it.

ITS has now made it possible for users to have multiple drivers on a load.  Users will be able to pay more than one on a load as well.  This was a product that was in great demand and now allows customers to effectively keep track of multiple driver loads from origin to destination.

Driver Pay…

The Driver Pay/Settlements section has also been revamped. ITS made it possible for Drivers to be paid a pre-determined percentage of other charges to a load.  ITS also made it possible to Add/Deduct a pre-determined amount on a load-by-load basis or each time a report is generated for their pay.

ITS Dispatch Christmas Party

ITS Canada, the owner and operator of ITS Dispatch, a web based trucking and freight brokerage software designed specifically for carriers with 5 to 25 trucks and freight brokers of all sizes, celebrated the holidays with a great night out at a Restaurant in a prominent Greek area in Toronto called The Pantheon.  ITS started off with a Limo ride picking us up and driving all the way down.  There was a lot of food and laughs for everyone.  Everyone walked out of the restaurant feeling a little heavier but definitely satisfied from the whole experience.  All the staff at ITS had a lot of fun and it was good to see everyone in a different social atmosphere.  The staff at ITS look to get back at it for a final push of the year and finish December strong to roll right into 2010.
